Klahduh Boxers is a small kennel that is not really a kennel at all. All of my dogs have free run of the house and half an acre fenced in to run around in. I fell in love with this great breed in 1989, when as a family we acquired a fawn boxer puppy (Patsy). As an adult, I purchased my first boxer (Blue Monday's Cool Breeze - aka Breeze) in 2001, with the intentions of showing and breeding her. However, due to some unexpected problems she ended up not showing, and I decided not to breed her, and to just let her be my best girl. I wanted to wait to have a litter of puppies until I knew I had a chance of bringing only the very best puppies into the world.
It took me several years to find another nice dog; one that a show breeder would actually let me purchase. Cindy Knox, with Cinergy Boxers was kind enough to give me my first opportunity to go in the show ring with a great line of boxer breeding. I got a male puppy from her in 2007, (Echo) Cinergy's Wantin' CandyKisses. More recently, I have acquired a great little girl from Shadigee Boxers. (Diamond) Shadigee's Diamond in the Ruff is out of the 2007 Candadian CH. of the year, Am/Ca. CH. Summer's BlackJack of Shadigee. Definitely look for both of these great boxers in the showring.

I know many will wonder how I came up with Klahduh Boxers, and what exactly it means. It took me two years to come up with a name that I felt would express my dogs, and I think I picked something that could express them to a T. It not only describes what they give me, but what I give them as well.

Klah-duh' is the pronunciation spelling of Claddagh. Claddagh is the Irish Symbol, meaning "love, loyalty, and friendship."
